Dru Yoga is designed to be practiced by people of ALL ages, body types, and fitness levels. Dru’s easy yet powerful strategy cultivates physical vibrancy, mental clarity and emotional balance. These practical techniques can be done any time during the day to relieve stress and clear physical and mental fatigue.
Dru comes from the Sanskrit word dhruva, which refers to the stillness that can be experienced in Dru Yoga and Dru Meditation. In this stillness we are able to sit back from anything that may be happening around us, and see and act from a point of clarity and inner calm.
